The North East Atlantic Football League, hereafter referred to as either the NEAFL or the League,
is comprised of a group of Minor League Football teams  in the North East Atlantic 

Region , who are striving to bring the world of Minor League Football to a more professional level. They will do so by

 operating with integrity and respect for the game of Football and for the people involved with each team.

This includes but is not limited to, the Ownership, Coaching Staff, Support Staff, Players and Game
Officials.
